Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh is the founding promoter of Singh Infratel Private Limited a fully integrated infrastructure development company, specializing in
telecom and civil projects. Hailing from a service and agricultural class family,
Mr. Singh is a first generation entrepreneur. He walked out of his college
precincts with a grand vision to be a part of ‘Nation Building’ and ‘BELIEVE in
UNITY’ & ‘LIVE FOR OTHERS’.
His sojourn began in 1996, with the formation of M/s Ajay Kumar Singh a Proprietorship rm entity with a meager investment of 5000/- with help from
his friends. Ideas were abound, finance was not. Those were the days when banks would consider you only if you carried
cent percent collateral. Mr. Singh, without any financial background, could instill confidence in his staff, relatives and
other associates to lend their resources – a no mean task.
His enthusiasm big thinking and quick decision making personality makes him big, big and bigger. He evolves with all
the staff of his company as a family member. Inspired by the growth, challenges and opportunities of emerging India,
he reorganized his entity into a private limited company. To have a cutting edge in pricing and to be self-reliant, He
diluted his stake by attracting private equity from a subsidiary of a leading private sector bank, thereby moving into a higher league.
Today, Singh Infratel Private Limited is brand in Telecom, Electrical, Gas Pipeline, Water Pipeline and Real Estate sector,
capable of executing Telecom Projects from conception to commissioning and beyond, including Operation &
Maintenance. The 5000/- Proprietorship firm has evolved into a 100 million Private Limited Companies and racing
towards becoming one of the top ten companies in India in telecom construction by the year 2020.
